The complex comprises of two lakes, the large lake is 10 acres in size with 10 swims with plenty of water per angler. The Large lake is a true runs water with a stock of 650 Carp to well over 40lb’s, the stock of 20lb and 30lb fish is impressive too with the average weight around the 28lb mark. An average week will produce 30+ fish per angler with the current record of fish to a single angler at 127 and this angler didn’t fish a single night throughout his stay!
