Award winning single storey 5 Star self catering holiday accommodation on a working farm near Winchester in Hampshire. This newly built architect designed “eco build” is set in a wonderfully peaceful location adjacent to the River Itchen.
East Cottage sleeps 7 and the attached West Cottage sleeps 3. The 2 cottages can be interlinked to form one larger unit sleeping 10 and it is possible to add an extra 2 fold up beds.
Hot Water and central heating is powered by a Wood chip boiler and there is a log burner in each living area.
Guest membership to Avington Park Golf Course is included while you stay with us (giving a reduction to green fees).
