Our beautiful resort offers a variety of modern, clean, comfortable and well-maintained accommodations, including a two story motel, apartment and cottages, two lodges that each sleep sixteen people, and a luxurious 2000 square foot log lodge. All are just a stone's throw from the lake, and next door to Cookie's restaurant and the swimming pool/recreational complex.
The Fort Cook RV Park boasts more than 75 RV and camping sites, all situated on the wooded slopes above the recreation complex. Guests of the Theodosia Marina-Resort and Fort Cook RV Park are entitled to full use of our recreational facilities.
