Sunshine floods the open basin area where stately ponderosas, fresh air, and hummingbirds are in ample supply. The 2 cabins, The Cowboy House and Log Cabin, are separated by the manicured lawn and adjacent to rustic barns and corrals that surround it, providing guests with their own private compound.
Three miles of the meandering Rio Blanco, a tributary of the San Juan River, cuts through El Rancho Pinoso making it a centerpiece of the ranch. It carries with it healthy populations of large and colorful Browns, Brookies and Rainbows, and teems with deep pools and shallow riffles.
