Keiths Sports was established in 1976 by Keith Muir. He later married Heather and the work partnership was born. The family business specialises in hunting, shooting, fishing and outdoor gear.
Keith started the business originally in a small shop on Dundas Street West and rented the shop in Milton Street in 1984 and then bought the property in 1987. The business steadily grew from just one room selling mainly fishing tackle, and over the last 30 years has expanded into a three storey business, selling shooting equipment, fishing tackle, clothing and so much more.
The ground level is where you can find our extensive fishing tackle range, along with scopes, air rifles, shooting accessories, lamps, and much more.
The lower level offers space to display our huge range of rods (120+), including beach casters, spinning rods, quivertips, waggler rods, carp rods and fly rods. The vast majority of rods are assembled, so they can be felt for balance and action. We also display our larger fishing accessories, such as chairs, bivvies, seatboxes, tripods, waders, reels and luggage.
The upper level consists of two gun rooms, displaying over 70 shotguns and rifles.
