We are located in Richville, Minnesota, on beautiful unspoiled Dead Lake, in the heart of Otter Tail County lake country. Our secluded 15 wooded acres and 550 feet of clean sugar sand beach make Sunset Bay a perfect lake side getaway! We have expanded in 2019 to now include 10 cabins that have fully equipped kitchens and private bathrooms, 7 campsites with water and electric hookups (3 include sewer hookups), a spectacular swimming beach, our own boat launch, game room, fish cleaning house, guest laundry, small store, and shower house. Since taking over the resort in December of 2012, many updates and changes have occurred. Our former home is now a 4 BR, 3 BA rental called House on the Hill loaded with amenities! We also added a 1 BR, 1 BA Cozy Cabin. Also, a relocated game room and remodeled office/store welcome guests. WIFI capability is available, new roofs and gutters have been installed, a new playset has been constructed, a commercial Kinetico water system is in place and laundry facilities have been added.
