Tama Kwa Vacationland

Tama Kwa Vacationland

We’re located right next to prime pickerel spawning grounds. There are also excellent stocks of great northern pike and muskie. Plus smallmouth bass – one of the best fighters to be found in Ontario waters. You’ll find largemouth and rock bass, yellow perch, and a number of other species, all of which may be caught within sight of our resort. Little wonder that Lake Nipissing is world renowned for the variety and abundance of its fish. To make your fishing as enjoyable as possible, our well-maintained 16-foot aluminum boats and 25 hp electric start outboard motors take you out to your favourite fishing holes quickly.

All of our housekeeping cottages feature not only a heavy-duty electric stove with oven, but also barbecue and full-size microwave oven. Each well-appointed cottage is meticulously maintained, with attention paid to every detail. In addition to, a Flat-Screen TV (with satellite), all cottages can connect to our FREE WI-FI INTERNET.

Cottages also feature an open verandah that overlooks the lake, a picnic table, four-piece bathroom, and two full-size double beds in each of the two bedrooms. Our water is not drawn from the lake, but is pumped crystal clear from a 300-foot well drilled into the solid granite of the Canadian Shield.
