There are also a few rivers close by for salmon fishing, such as the Luce, Bladnoch, Stinchar and Cree. We keep a huge selection of flies, lures etc in stock that have caught fish in these rivers over the years
Coarse fishing is becoming more popular in the area in recent years. There are many waters that have good Pike, Perch, Roach and Bream. Also a few waters have some Carp, Tench etc. We keep Maggots and worms during the trout season and have a good stock of ground baits which would be suitable for your day on the water as well as feeders, Split shot, floats etc
