This community woodland project is sponsored by the Forestry Commission and consists of 8 acres of native hard wood trees. The woodland walks are free of charge and are open to the public to explore at any time and are also dog friendly! On a fine day the views of the surrounding countryside are unforgettable. The walk meanders through the paddocks now housing the animals from the park, ponies, donkeys and llamas, so why not come for a walk and enjoy the scenery and the animals. Plus it’s also great for nature enthusiasts and photographers.
