The park is on the banks of the river Trent and we offer free fishing in season. There is an excellent traditional pub a short 10 minute walk down the tow path, and the main village also boasts its own brewery.
Camping here is an ideal base to visit the local area, Lincoln Cathedral is clearly visible from the site, and we are quite lucky the Red Arrows often practice over the farm. There are many attractions in the area, such as Sherwood Forest visitor centre, the beautiful Clumber Park, Doddington Hall and a little further away Nottingham itself.
Trentfield Farm accepts, tents, caravans, motorhome’s and VW campers and even the odd bivouac to the site, we have electrical hook up for those who require it, and 4 way pitches if you wish to camp with your friends in a group. We welcome BBQ’s but campfires & fire pits are not permitted.
