The Lakes
Lake 1 is 2.3 acres and for up to 3 anglers, 4 spacious swims to choose between. Lake record is a 56lb common from swim 2. Average depths are 4.5 to 6.5 foot although the clay lakebed is uniformed you can find random drop offs and caves inside the margins were fish will be caught. The old riverbed runs through the middle of the lake from the dam wall to the sleuth and is about 1.5 to 2m wide. No weed, hidden snags, crayfish or poisson chat to catch you out. Both of the lakes are fully secure on Private Land and monitored by us closely. We are available either on site or by telephone directly.
Lake 2 is 5.4 acres and for up to 4 anglers, 6 spacious swims including two doubles perfect for a social. Lake record is a 61lb Common from swim 3. Average depths are 4.5 to 6 foot, uniformed clay lakebed and random drop offs, the overflow of water from lake 1 runs directly into lake 2. The old riverbed standing at swim 1 looking to the far side this fades from left to right to the overflow exit and is 1.5 to 2m wide, this is also a good area to catch fish from especially towards the back of the lake. No snags, weed, crayfish or poisson chat to catch you out.
